Original American Promo with “for promotional use only” labels. Cover has minimal wear. Both LPs and Inner sleeves are minty and without issue. Also includes 2 Downward Spiral stickers which were probably given to stores but weren’t included in this release. Gatefold cover has a Parental Advisory sticker on it, but I believe they all did. Very rare. Only one I’ve ever seen and you’re unlikely to see one in this shape again.
